At Helios Group, we believe that clean energy is more than a business — it is a responsibility. Our CSR and ESG framework is built around three pillars: environmental stewardship, social impact, and transparent governance.
Environmental
Every installation we complete reduces dependence on fossil fuels. To date, our installed capacity avoids over 1,240 tonnes of CO₂ annually — equivalent to taking 270 cars off the road every year.
Social Impact
We prioritise underserved communities — from rural longhouses in Sarawak to remote villages in Cambodia. Access to clean, affordable electricity transforms lives, enabling education, healthcare, and economic opportunity.
Governance
As a Frankfurt-listed entity, Helios Solar AG holds itself to the highest standards of corporate governance — transparent reporting, independent board oversight, and full compliance with applicable securities regulations.
Flagship Initiative
☀️ The Sunshine Programme
The Sunshine Programme is Helios Group's flagship CSR initiative — bringing solar-powered electricity to rural and off-grid communities across our operating regions. Every commercial project we complete contributes a portion of its proceeds to fund free solar installations for communities that cannot afford them.
